Who am I?

My path.

My work is rooted in a lifelong sensitivity to touch, presence and intelligence of the body. I grew up with a mother who expressed care through touch - through head massages, nurturing and physical closeness. Through her, I learned to feel myself and get in touch with my clairsentient before I had words for it.

My deeper awareness of the body began later in life, when I became ill with pleurisy. Through kinesiology, I had a powerful personal experience of how closely body and emotions can feel connected. A precise touch brought an unexpected emotioneal response - tears, release and a profund sense of relief.

This opened a lifelong curiosity in me: the connection between body, emotion, intuition and healing.

From there I was drawn to massage, intuitive touch and bodywork, family constellations and energetic awareness - and a natural ability to sense what was unspoken in the body began to unfold.

When I discovered Kahuna Bodywork, something deep in me recognised it immediately. I trained early, and during my pregnancies I experienced a profound sense of grounding and nervous system calm through the practice. It felt like a natural continuation of what I had allways known.

Over time, I also recognised a deeper, highly intuitive and almost ritualistic dimension within the work, something that felt deeply innate rather than learned.  My teacher once described me as a "born bodyworker" - something I feel as a deep inner knowing rather than a learned skill.

A life-changing accident brought me very close to death. It shifted everything. Life became clear, simple and profoundly present. Gratitude, love and awareness of what truly matters became embodied rather than conceptual.

Today, I work from that place.

From a deep understanding that healing begins with presence, safety and connection to yourself - and that the body always remembers the way back to balance.

Being a mother of four has been one of the deepest journeys of my life. Through my children, I have learned so much about love, self-awareness and the courage to keep growing. They continually inspire me to know myself more deeply, to become a better version of myself, and to find my way home within.

My work is a guided return to the body, to presence, and to the quiet strength within.
